Nein, ich habe das Teil nicht herausgerissen - es fiel mit entgegen.
Die Schrauben entlang des Spants waren von außen (!) in die Sperrholz-Kajütwand (!) eingedreht.
Das Backbord-Leck nach dem Farbabzug. Das rechteckige Loch ist von mir, zum Bestimmen der Holzsorte.
Leider sind nicht nur die Plankenenden angefault, sondern auch der Spiegel.
Nach dem Ausbau der Fenster und Abschleifen der Farbe.
Seltenes Bild: Sonne und Jollenkreuzer. Teilweise ist der Lack schon ab.
Es gibt einen Zusammenhang zwischen Wetter und Bootsbau. Diesem entgehe ich mit einem Schutzdach.
Backbord-Heck: Nach dem Schleifen keine rotten Stellen.
Etwas zur Ermunterung: So sah der Bug nach dem Lackabzug und vor dem Schleifen aus.

Die Chemie ist unser Freund und ihre Düfte machen glücklich... Links ist schon abgebeizt, rechts nur gereinigt.
Geschafft: Steuerbord-Seite mittschiffs bis zum Bug den Lack abgezogen.
Ich bin zwar noch lange nicht mit Putzen fertig, aber trotzdem beginne ich weitere Arbeiten. Das Leck auf der Backbord-Seite im Heckbereich ist mein erstes Ziel. Hier hoffe ich, durch neue Planken mehr Stabilität ins Boot zu bekommen.
Also erstmal den Weg freilegen. Die Backskiste kommt raus, die Farbe ab. Ich benutze dazu eine Heißluftpistole, aber aufgepasst: Hitze färbt Holz! Man lernt nie aus...
Auch das Schott am Heck und die Kabinenwand fliegen raus, beide sind stark angegammelt und müssen wahrscheinlich ersetzt werden. Man wird sehen. Einen Teil der Inneneinrichtung - direkt hinter der Kajütwand - baue ich ebenfalls aus.
Dabei das erste echte Glücksgefühl: Ich finde ein Typenschild (lose zwischen den Spanten liegend): Mein Boot ist 1954 in der Lorenz Huber Werft am Chiemsee entstanden. Baunummer ist 94. Wer mehr darüber weiß, möge mich bitte anmailen.
Ich hatte das Boot erheblich jünger eingeschätzt.
